I’m now launching Online Pilates Classes via Zoom.

Lessons can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual depending on what kind of you have at home and what your goal is.

If you are interested in the private online class, please let me know your three choices of available time between 8am and 8pm from “contact” page.

ex.)

1st: 8:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays

2nd: 19:00 on weekdays

If you have Yoga ball and Flex-band/Theraband, please have them next to you.Those may used if all members also have them.

●Mat

●Mini ball or cushion

●Dumbbell about 5lbs or 2L’s plastic bottle

●2 light hand weights or 500ml’s plastic bottles

●Sports towel or yoga strap

PayPal or bank transfer

Please complete the payment at least an hour before the class.

Please let me know how you will make the payments, and I will provide the account information.

100% fee will be charged for the cancellation within 24hours of the booking time.

I hope I can meet you all from oversea and share the time together enjoying exercise. Let’s get through this hard time together.
